Ingredients

Vegetarian pizzas
  • 30 centimetre (300g) frozen ready-made pizza base, thawed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup (40g) seeded green olives, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon each finely chopped green and red capsicums (bell peppers)
  • 120 gram (4 ounces) cherry bocconcini cheeses, chopped finely

    Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

    Using 5cm (2-inch) heart-shape cutter, cut shapes from pizza base; place bases on oven trays. Spread paste onto bases.

    Combine olives, capsicums and cheese in small bowl; top pizzas with olive mixture.

    Bake pizzas about 10 minutes or until brown and crisp.
