Ingredients
Vegetarian pizzas
- 30 centimetre (300g) frozen ready-made pizza base, thawed
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/3 cup (40g) seeded green olives, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon each finely chopped green and red capsicums (bell peppers)
- 120 gram (4 ounces) cherry bocconcini cheeses, chopped finely
Method
Vegetarian pizzas

1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

2Using 5cm (2-inch) heart-shape cutter, cut shapes from pizza base; place bases on oven trays. Spread paste onto bases.

3Combine olives, capsicums and cheese in small bowl; top pizzas with olive mixture.

4Bake pizzas about 10 minutes or until brown and crisp.
