Ingredients
Walnut cinnamon teacake
- 60 gram butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Cinnamon topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 15 gram butter
Method
Walnut cinnamon teacake

1Grease a deep 17cm round cake pan; line base with paper, grease paper.

2Cream butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, add egg, beat until combined. Fold in sifted flour and milk. Spread into prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon topping and walnuts, bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes. Stand 5 minutes before turning on to wire rack to cool.

3Cinnamon Topping: Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well. Keeping time, 1 day.
