Ingredients

Warm olives
  • 300 gram kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 clove clove garlic, thinly sliced

Method

Warm olives
  • 1
    Combine olives and juice in a small heatproof bowl. Heat oil, chilli and garlic in a small saucepan. Pour warm oil over the olives and serve.
