Watermelon raspberry juice
  • 2 kilogram watermelon
  • 2 cup (500ml) chilled lemonade
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) raspberry cordial

Method

Watermelon raspberry juice

    Remove skin and seeds from melon; chop flesh coarsely. Push flesh through juice extractor, blend or process, in batches, until mushy.

    Strain juice into large jug; stir in lemonade and cordial.
