Ingredients
Watermelon raspberry juice
- 2 kilogram watermelon
- 2 cup (500ml) chilled lemonade
- 1/4 cup (60ml) raspberry cordial
Method
Watermelon raspberry juice

1Remove skin and seeds from melon; chop flesh coarsely. Push flesh through juice extractor, blend or process, in batches, until mushy.

2Strain juice into large jug; stir in lemonade and cordial.
