Ingredients
White chocolate and macadamia muffins
- 2 cup (300g) self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup (150g) caster sugar
- 3/4 cup (140g) white bits
- 1/2 cup (75g) chopped macadamias, toasted
- 60 gram butter, melted
- 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Method
White chocolate and macadamia muffins

1Grease 6 hole (3/4 cup/180ml capacity) muffin pan.

2Sift dry ingredients into large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.

3Spoon mixture into prepared pan.

4Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan-forced). Bake about 25 minutes.
