Ingredients
White chocolate and macadamia slice
- 125 gram butter, chopped coarsely
- 180 gram white eating chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 gram (110g) caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (150g) plain flour
- 1/2 cup (75g) self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup (105g) coarsely chopped roasted macadamias
- 3/4 cup (135g) white chocolate bits
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
Method

1Preheat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Grease a 19cm x 30cm lamington pan; line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over edges.

2Combine butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.

3Stir in sugar and eggs, then sifted flours, nuts and chocolate bits into chocolate mixture. Spread mixture into pan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cool slice in pan before cutting. Dust with sifted icing sugar, to serve.
