Wok seared vegetables with soy and coriander
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 bunch bok choy, washed, chopped
  • 4 baby corn, sliced
  • 8 sugar snap peas
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • deep fried shallots, to garnish
  • coriander leaves, to garnish

Method

Wok seared vegetables with soy and coriander

    In a wok, heat oil over high heat. Add vegetables along with water and stir fry until the vegetables are cooked. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, tossing to combine.

    To serve garnished with shallots and coriander.
