Ingredients
Aussie pizzas
- 1 bacon rasher (70g), rind removed, sliced thinly
- 1 egg, beaten lightly
- 1/3 cup (35g) coarsely grated pizza cheese
- 30 centimetre (300g) frozen ready-made pizza base, thawed
- 2 tablespoon bottled tomato pasta sauce
Method
Aussie pizzas

1Preheat oven to moderately hot, 180°C.

2Heat small frying pan; cook bacon, stirring, until crisp. Add egg; cook, stirring, until egg just sets. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.

3Using 5cm Australia-shape cutter, cut shapes from pizza base; place bases on oven trays.

4Divide sauce among bases; top with bacon mixture. Cook, uncovered, in moderately hot oven about 10 minutes or until brown and crisp.
