Tear baking paper into 6 x 80cm squares. For each piece of fish, place a piece of paper on a flat work surface. Top with 1/6 of the noodle mixture. Top with a piece of fish, drizzle with 3 teaspoons of soy mixture. Fold paper edges to enclose fish and form parcels. Place in a roasting pan.
  • 4
Bake parcels for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Place open parcels on plates. Top with coriander and sesame seeds. Serve with lemon wedges and sauce.

Notes

You could use chicken breast fillets instead of fish; cooking time will vary. If time permits, marinate fish overnight in soy sauce for extra flavour.
