Ingredients

Berry crumbles
  • 2 cup (300g) fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 4 tablespoon puffed rice
  • 2 tablespoon gluten-free plain flour
  • 2 tablespoon brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 30 gram butter
  • 4 tablespoon strawberry-flavoured frozen yoghurt crumble topping

Method

Berry crumbles

    Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

    Grease four ¾ cup (180ml) ovenproof dishes.
  • 3
    To make crumble topping: Blend or process puffed rice until fine. Add flours, sugar and butter; process until crumbly.

    Divide berries into dishes; sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until browned lightly.

    Serve crumbles with frozen yoghurt.
