Ingredients
Berry crumbles
- 2 cup (300g) fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 4 tablespoon puffed rice
- 2 tablespoon gluten-free plain flour
- 2 tablespoon brown rice flour
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 30 gram butter
- 4 tablespoon strawberry-flavoured frozen yoghurt crumble topping
Method
Berry crumbles

1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

2Grease four ¾ cup (180ml) ovenproof dishes.

3To make crumble topping: Blend or process puffed rice until fine. Add flours, sugar and butter; process until crumbly.

4Divide berries into dishes; sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until browned lightly.

5Serve crumbles with frozen yoghurt.
