This delicious best supporting dip brought to you by Woman's Day is surprisingly easy to make and is fantastic for entertaining dinner guests, perfectly accompanied with crudites

Ingredients
Best supporting dip
- 400 gram can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon lemon zest
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 teaspoon chopped sage
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- crudites, to serve
Method
Best supporting dip

1Combine all ingredients in a large frying pan. Stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

2Remove from heat and cool slightly. Spoon into a food processor and pulse to form a smooth paste.

3Spoon into a serving bowl. Chill, covered until required. Serve with crudites.
Notes
Crudites are vegetable sticks used to accompany dips-try carrot, cucumber, capsicum, celery and snow peas.
