Ingredients
Chilled hibiscus tea
- 10 dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 litre just-boiled water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice, strained
Method
Chilled hibiscus tea

1Put hibiscus flowers in a jug and pour in just-boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove flowers.

2Stir in honey and lemon juice, then cool. Cover and chill until serving time. For ease, transfer the tea to cleaned wine bottles, sealing the bottles with their screw caps.
