Chocolate mousse
Chocolate mousse is that other cold, creamy dessert that easy to love. This recipe uses yoghurt for a rich taste and texture.

Ingredients
Chocolate mousse
- 2 teaspoon gelatine
- 2 tablespoon hot water
- 1 1/2 cup (420g) low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 75 gram dark chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa, sifted
- 2 eggwhites
- 1/3 cup (75g) caster sugar
- mixed berries, to serve (optional)
Method
Chocolate mousse

1Combine gelatine with hot water in a small jug and stir until dissolved. Whisk 1/2 cup of yoghurt into melted chocolate until combined. Whisk in remaining yoghurt and cocoa. Whisk gelatine into chocolate mixture.

2Using an electric mixer, beat eggwhites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until thick and glossy. Gently fold into chocolate mixture until combined. Divide between six serving glasses or bowls. Cover and chill for 2 hours, until set. Top with berries, if using, to serve.
Notes
The gelatine will become clear in the water when it is completely dissolved.
