Ingredients

Crunchy tuna salad
  • 2 185 g罐排水和精疲力竭的金枪鱼
  • 100 gram baby spinach leaves
  • 100 gram diagonally sliced snow peas
  • 125 gram beansprouts
  • 1/2 cup each basil leaves and mint leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 3 piece ginger
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, and palm sugar
  • 2 seeded, finely chopped red chillies
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves, to serve

Method

Crunchy tuna salad
  • 1
    Combine flaked tuna, spinach leaves, snow peas, bean sprouts, basil leaves and mint leaves, carrot, peanuts, and ginger and toss well.

    In a jug, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, peanut oil, palm sugar, sesame oil, red chillies and garlic.

    Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
