咖喱牛肉、土豆和菜花馅饼
Both the kids and adults will love these golden pastry parcels of curried beef and veggies.

Ingredients
咖喱牛肉、土豆和菜花馅饼
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 200 gram beef mince
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 sheets frozen pull pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Method

1Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

2Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Sauté onion for 4-5 minutes until tender. Increase heat to high and brown mince for 4-5 minutes, stirring to break up any lumps.

3Blend in curry powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir through potato, cauliflower, peas and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes until potato is tender. Set aside to cool.

4Cut each piece of pastry into 4 squares. Divide beef mixture between each square. Fold over to form triangle. Press edges with tines of fork to seal.

5Place pasties on prepared tray. Brush with egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve with salad if liked.
