Ingredients
Curried cauliflower
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, or 1 teaspoon if spice is preferred
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 400 gram can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
Method
Curried cauliflower

1In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil on medium. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, and chilli flakes. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute, until fragrant.

2Add onion, saute 3-5 minutes, until tender. Add cauliflower, coating well with spices and onion. Stir through tomatoes. Season to taste. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes, until sauce is reduced and cauliflower is tender.
