Duck with indonesian style noodles
  • 450 gram packet fresh thin hokkien noodles
  • 2 cup shredded barbecued duck flesh
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed sprouts (mung, alfalfa, snow peas)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 3/4 cup peanuts, roughly crushed

Method

Duck with indonesian style noodles

    Prepare noodles following packet instructions. Drain well and place in a large bowl; allow to cool.

    Toss through duck and sprouts. Top with hard-boiled egg and nuts; serve.
