Duck with indonesian style noodles
- 450 gram packet fresh thin hokkien noodles
- 2 cup shredded barbecued duck flesh
- 1 1/2 cup mixed sprouts (mung, alfalfa, snow peas)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 3/4 cup peanuts, roughly crushed
Method
Duck with indonesian style noodles

1Prepare noodles following packet instructions. Drain well and place in a large bowl; allow to cool.

2Toss through duck and sprouts. Top with hard-boiled egg and nuts; serve.
