Easy teriyaki chicken stir-fry with noodles

Dinner doesn't get much easier than this teriyaki chicken stir-fry recipe! Simple, delicious and packed with plenty of veges, this stir-fry is perfect served with noodles for a midweek family meal

Ingredients

  • 500 gram chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 gram snow peas, trimmed, halved
  • bunch asparagus, trimmed, halved
  • bunch baby bok choy, trimmed
  • hokkien noodles to serve

Method

    Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for 20 minutes.

    Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry chicken for 4-5 minutes, reserving the marinade. Push to side of wok. Stir-fry onion for 1 minute. Add snow peas and asparagus, then stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Add bok choy to wok with reserved marinade. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Serve with hokkien noodles.
