Fish masala
Warm, fragrant and hearty, this divine fish masala curry creates a flavour-packed nutritious dinner that can be on the table in no time at all.

Ingredients
Fish masala
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 420 gram jar tikka masala simmer sauce
- 750 gram boneless firm white fish, cubed
- 150 gram green beans, trimmed, halved steamed basmati rice, to serve
Method
Fish masala

1Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic 3-4 minutes, until onion is tender. Add simmer sauce to pan. Cook, stirring, 1 minute, until fragrant.

2Add fish and beans. Cook, covered, 8-10 minutes, until fish is cooked through. Serve.
Notes
You could use any form of firm, white fish for this recipe such as blue eye cod.
