  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 4 slice swiss cheese
  • 4 slice ham
  • 8 slice bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

    In a jug, whisk together eggs and milk. Season to taste.

    Place slices of cheese and ham on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread.

    Place sandwiches in a dish. Pour over egg mixture. Soak for 5 minutes, turning once.

    Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium. Drain excess egg from sandwiches. Cook in batches for 2-4 minutes each side, until golden and filling is melting. Serve.
