Ingredients
French toast sandwiches
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 4 slice swiss cheese
- 4 slice ham
- 8 slice bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
French toast sandwiches

1In a jug, whisk together eggs and milk. Season to taste.

2Place slices of cheese and ham on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread.

3Place sandwiches in a dish. Pour over egg mixture. Soak for 5 minutes, turning once.

4Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium. Drain excess egg from sandwiches. Cook in batches for 2-4 minutes each side, until golden and filling is melting. Serve.
