Fruit compote with honey yoghurt

Ingredients
Fruit compote with honey yoghurt
- 1 1/4 cup (310ml) orange juice, strained
- 1 1/4杯(310毫升)水
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 1/4 cup (200g) dried pears
- 3/4 cup (110g) dried apricots
- 8 (180g) fresh dates, halved
- 200 gram honey yoghurt
Method
Fruit compote with honey yoghurt

1In a medium pan, combine orange juice, water, honey and cinnamon stick. Bring to the boil.

2Add pears and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add apricots and simmer, uncovered, for a further 3 minutes. Stir in dates and simmer 2 minutes.

3Discard cinnamon stick. Serve fruit warm with honey yoghurt.
Notes
This recipe can be made a day ahead.
