Ingredients

Garlic and paprika char-grilled prawns
  • 12 (540g) uncooked medium king prawns
  • 1 (200g) medium red capsicum, chopped coarsely
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method

    Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Preheat a char-grill on high.

    Combine prawns, capsicum, oil, garlic and paprika in medium bowl.

    Cook capsicum on heated grill plate until browned both sides. Add prawns when capsicum is almost cooked. Cook, turning, until prawns are changed in colour.
