Green onion couscous
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cup couscous
  • 25 gram butter
  • 3 green onions (scallions), thinly sliced

Method

    Bring stock to the boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, add couscous and butter, stir to combine. Cover, stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with a fork occasionally.

    Stir 3 thinly sliced green onions (scallions) into couscous.
