Hard sauce
- 250 gram unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cup sifted icing sugar
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tablespoon brandy, or 1 tablespoon brandy essence
Method
Hard sauce

1Beat butter and icing sugar in a small bowl with an electric mixer until as white as possible. Beat in cream and brandy.
