No-bake chocolate cheesecake
Is there anything better than a scrumptious chocolate cheesecake covered in fresh berries? The same cheesecake with no baking required is definitely one step better.

Ingredients
No-bake chocolate cheesecake
- 250 gram packet plain biscuits
- 100 gram butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon powdered gelatine
- 500 gram milk cooking chocolate, chopped
- 500 gram cream cheese
- 395 gram tin condensed milk
- 一杯(250毫升)增稠的奶油,鞭打
Method
No-bake chocolate cheesecake

1Process biscuits to a rough crumb, similar to breadcrumbs. Add the butter and sugar and mix well. Press firmly into the base of a 26cm springform cake tin and refrigerate.

2Sprinkle the gelatine over 2/3 cup (165ml) lukewarm water, and stir until dissolved.

3Place the chocolate into a glass bowl and microwave on High for 1 minute, stir, microwave further 1 minute and stir again.)

4In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and melted chocolate until light and fluffy. With the mixer running, pour in the condensed milk. Remove the bowl from the mixer and stir through the gelatine mixture, then fold through the whipped cream. Pour into springform pan. Refrigerate for several hours (preferably overnight) until set.
