Ingredients

Pastrami and beetroot salad wraps
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
  • 4 large pieces wholemeal pita bread
  • 3 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 16 slices pastrami
  • 450 gram can baby beets, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 3 celery sticks, thinly sliced

Method

    Whisk mayonnaise and horseradish cream together in a bowl. Season.

    Place bread on a board. Spread with mayonnaise mixture. Top with lettuce, pastrami beetroot and celery. Roll up tightly. Serve.

Notes

Drain baby beets well, then pat with several layers of paper towel until completely dry to prevent 'bleeding' when in wraps.
