  • 80 gram shop-bought plain meringues
  • 4 peaches
  • 300 millilitre light (dollop-on style) cream
  • 2 passionfruit

    Roughly crush 80g shop-bought plain meringues.

    Peel and slice 4 peaches, place sliced peaches in a bowl and then stir in the pulp from 2 passionfruit.

    Layer crushed meringue, peach and passionfruit mixture and 300ml light (dollop-on style) cream in 4 serving glasses. Serve immediately.
