Peach and passionfruit meringue
- 80 gram shop-bought plain meringues
- 4 peaches
- 300 millilitre light (dollop-on style) cream
- 2 passionfruit
Method
Peach and passionfruit meringue

1Roughly crush 80g shop-bought plain meringues.

2Peel and slice 4 peaches, place sliced peaches in a bowl and then stir in the pulp from 2 passionfruit.

3Layer crushed meringue, peach and passionfruit mixture and 300ml light (dollop-on style) cream in 4 serving glasses. Serve immediately.
