Ingredients
Pork with glass noodles
- 100 gram packet glass or bean thread vermicelli noodles
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 250 gram pork fillet, thinly sliced
- 2 cup (160g) beansprouts, trimmed
- 4 green onions (shallots), sliced on the diagonal
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
Method

1Prepare noodles according to packet directions.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok on high. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, without browning, until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned.

3Add beansprouts, green onion, fish sauce and sugar and cook for 1 minute. Add drained noodles to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes, until heated through. Scatter with coriander and serve.
