Ingredients

Prawn, snow pea and chilli fettucine
  • 375 gram packet fresh fettuccine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 500 gram medium green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  • 100 gram snow peas, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • sliced fresh chilli, green salad, to serve

Method

    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well, return to pan.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add garlic and sauté, 30 seconds. Add prawns and cook, tossing, 2-3 minutes, until they change colour.

    Stir through snow peas and chilli sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until heated through.

    Add to pasta in pan, season to taste and toss to combine. Serve with sliced chilli and accompany with green salad, if you like.
