Ingredients
Prawn, snow pea and chilli fettucine
- 375 gram packet fresh fettuccine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 500 gram medium green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 100 gram snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- sliced fresh chilli, green salad, to serve
Method
Prawn, snow pea and chilli fettucine

1Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well, return to pan.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add garlic and sauté, 30 seconds. Add prawns and cook, tossing, 2-3 minutes, until they change colour.

3Stir through snow peas and chilli sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until heated through.

4Add to pasta in pan, season to taste and toss to combine. Serve with sliced chilli and accompany with green salad, if you like.
