Prosciutto and spinach frittata
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 50 gram spinach leaves, washed, dried
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
Method
Prosciutto and spinach frittata

1Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 20cm square cake pan.

2Cook prosciutto in a frying pan on medium for 2-3 minutes, until crisp. Layer prosciutto and spinach leaves in cake pan with parmesan tasty cheese.

3Whisk eggs and cream. Season to taste. Pour into cake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
