Prosciutto and spinach frittata
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 50 gram spinach leaves, washed, dried
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 20cm square cake pan.

    Cook prosciutto in a frying pan on medium for 2-3 minutes, until crisp. Layer prosciutto and spinach leaves in cake pan with parmesan tasty cheese.

    Whisk eggs and cream. Season to taste. Pour into cake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
