Quick and easy quiches

Ingredients
- frozen puff pastry, 2 sheets, thawed
- onion, 1, finely chopped
- rindless bacon, 2 rashers, finely chopped
- tasty cheese, grated, ½ cup
- eggs, 2
- milk, ¼ cup
- cream, ¼ cup
Method

1Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.

2Cut pastry into rounds using a 7.5cm cutter. Line 24 shallow patty pan recesses with pastry.

3In a bowl, combine onion, bacon and cheese. Sprinkle even amounts into each pastry case.

4n a jug, whisk eggs, milk and cream together. Season to taste. Pour mixture evenly among cases.

5Bake 15-20 minutes, until filling is set and pastry is golden. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Serve with salad or as finger food.
