Ingredients
Quick tuna pasta
- 375 gram shell pasta
- 425 gram can flaked tuna in oil, oil reserved
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup parsley, chopped, plus extra leaves to serve
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 2 long red chillies, finely chopped
- lemon wedges, to serve
Method
Quick tuna pasta

1Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions, until al dente. Drain well and return to pan.

2Add all remaining ingredients to pasta. Toss well. Season to taste. Serve with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
