Rösti with smoked salmon
- 800 gram potatoes
- 15 gram butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- vegetable oil, for shallow-frying
- 200 gram crème fraîche
- 200 gram smoked salmon
Method
Rösti with smoked salmon

1Coarsely grate potatoes; squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible. Combine potatoes, butter and dill in medium bowl.

2Heat oil in large frying pan. shape level tablespoons of potato mixture into patties; cook patties, in batches, until browned lightly both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.

3Divide crème fraîche and smoked salmon among rösti. Serve topped with dill sprigs, if desired.
