Salmon spread

Ingredients

Salmon spread
  • 200 gram can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • 2 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • crispbread, to serve

Method

Salmon spread
  • 1
    Combine all ingredients. Season to taste and mix until smooth. Spread onto crispbread. Serve.

Notes

You can also stir in half a chopped avocado, if desired. Serve with cherry tomatoes, low-fat salami and olives.
