Ingredients
Salmon spread
- 200 gram can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta
- 1 tablespoon snipped chives
- 2 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- crispbread, to serve
Method
Salmon spread

1Combine all ingredients. Season to taste and mix until smooth. Spread onto crispbread. Serve.
Notes
You can also stir in half a chopped avocado, if desired. Serve with cherry tomatoes, low-fat salami and olives.
