Ingredients
South county summer cocktail
- 30 millilitre martin miller’s westbourne strength gin
- 10 millilitre lime juice
- 7 millilitre cocchi americano
- 2 x 3cm squares rock melon, plus 1 long slice, to garnish
- ice
- allgood organics white grapefruit sparkling water
Method
South county summer cocktail

1Muddle gin, lime juice, Cocchi Americano and rock melon in a cocktail shaker.

2Add ice to shaker, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.

3Top up with sparkling water and garnish with melon slice.
