Ingredients

South county summer cocktail
  • 30 millilitre martin miller’s westbourne strength gin
  • 10 millilitre lime juice
  • 7 millilitre cocchi americano
  • 2 x 3cm squares rock melon, plus 1 long slice, to garnish
  • ice
  • allgood organics white grapefruit sparkling water

Method

South county summer cocktail
  • 1
    Muddle gin, lime juice, Cocchi Americano and rock melon in a cocktail shaker.
  • 2
    Add ice to shaker, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
  • 3
    Top up with sparkling water and garnish with melon slice.
