Spaghetti marinara
Ready to try this new family favourite? A superb spaghetti dinner doused in marinara sauce that sings of the flavours of the sea. This marinara is quick to make, and rich in omega-3.

Ingredients
Spaghetti marinara
- 1 cup tomato sugo or passata
- 400克面条或意大利宽面条
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 500 gram marinara mix
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, to serve
Method
Spaghetti marinara

1Heat tomato sugo gently in a medium saucepan, keep warm.

2Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain thoroughly, return to saucepan and cover to keep warm.

3Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Sauté garlic and marinara mix, 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Stir in tomato sugo and season to taste. Toss through cooked spaghetti and reheat gently. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
Notes
You can experiment with whatever seafood is available, such as fresh green shelled prawns, calamari rings, white fish pieces or scallops.
