Ingredients

Stir-fry cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup basil leaves, plus extra to serve

    In a wok, heat sesame oil on high. Stir-fry green onions, sesame seeds and ginger 1 minute, until seeds start to colour. Stir in soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Simmer 3 minutes, until reduced by half.

    Add cauliflower and red capsicum, tossing to coat. Stir-fry 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in basil leaves. Serve with extra basil as garnish.
