Ingredients
Tomato, sardine and olive bruschetta
- 2 95g cans boneless sardines
- 4 medium tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (40g) pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped basil, plus extra leaves to serve
- 8 slice crusty bread, such as ciabatta (see tip)
- 2 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Tomato, sardine and olive bruschetta
