Ingredients
Trail mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup popping corn
- 1 cup pretzels, crushed
- 2/3 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup pepitas seeds
- 2 teaspoon sea salt flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mild curry powder
Method
Trail mix

1Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium, until a piece of corn sizzles as soon as it is added.

2Add corn to pan and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Heat until popping ceases, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from heat.

3Add remaining ingredients to warm popcorn. Cover and shake well to combine. Season to taste. Transfer to a tray to cool. Scoop into small bags and tie with ribbons to seal.
