Ingredients
White mud cake
- 180 gram white chocolate, chopped
- 350 gram unsalted butter, chopped
- 2 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 1又1/2杯牛奶
- 2 cup plain flour
- 2/3 cup self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- white chocolate ganache (can be home-made or store bought)
Method

1Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Grease deep 22cm-round cake pan; line with baking paper.

2Combine chocolate, butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Pour mixture into large bowl; cool 15 minutes.

3Whisk in sifted flours, extract and eggs. Pour mixture into pan; bake about 2 hours. Cool cake in pan.

4Turn cake, top-side up, onto plate; spread with ganache.
