White mud cake

Ingredients

White mud cake
  • 180 gram white chocolate, chopped
  • 350 gram unsalted butter, chopped
  • 2 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1又1/2杯牛奶
  • 2 cup plain flour
  • 2/3 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • white chocolate ganache (can be home-made or store bought)

Method

    Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Grease deep 22cm-round cake pan; line with baking paper.

    Combine chocolate, butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Pour mixture into large bowl; cool 15 minutes.

    Whisk in sifted flours, extract and eggs. Pour mixture into pan; bake about 2 hours. Cool cake in pan.

    Turn cake, top-side up, onto plate; spread with ganache.
