Chilli garlic prawns
Marinated in a fragrant chilli and garlic sauce, these delicious grilled prawns are great enjoyed fresh off the barbecue with a squeeze of fresh lime and a creamy dipping sauce.

Ingredients
Chilli garlic prawns
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 5 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- 500 gram green king prawns
- aioli, to serve
- lemon wedges, to serve
Method
Chilli garlic prawns

1Combine oil, garlic and chilli in a large bowl. Add prawns. Season well. Using fingers, rub marinade into prawns. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 4 hours, or overnight.

2Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on high. Cook prawns 2-3 minutes each side, until pink and cooked through. Arrange on a platter. Serve with aioli and lemon wedges.
