Choc bun pull-apart
This simple yet indulgent choc bun pull-apart will be on the table in no time and s perfect for the whole family to enjoy for a sweet afternoon treat or dessert

Ingredients
- 9 mini chocolate hot cross buns
- 3/4 cup Nutella, plus extra for serving
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, plus fresh raspberries to serve
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, roasted, roughly chopped
- 100 gram white chocolate, roughly chopped
- icing sugar to dust
Method

1Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

2Slice hot cross buns into thirds vertically. Using two pieces at a time, sandwich with Nutella, raspberries, hazelnuts and white chocolate.

3Arrange stacks (some flat, some upright) close together on the prepared baking tray.

4Bake for 10 minutes until the buns are crispy, and the chocolate is melted and oozy.

5Serve straight away dusted with icing sugar, scattered with extra raspberries and dollops of Nutella.
