Ingredients
Garlic and chilli prawns
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 kilogram medium green prawns, shelled, deveined, tails intact
- 6 clove garlic, sliced
- 3 long red chillies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- lemon wedges, to serve
Method
Garlic and chilli prawns

1Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook prawns, 1 minute.

2Add garlic and chilli, toss to coat and cook for a further 3 minutes, until prawns are pink. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste. Serve prawns with lemon wedges.
