Ingredients

Garlic and chilli prawns
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 kilogram medium green prawns, shelled, deveined, tails intact
  • 6 clove garlic, sliced
  • 3 long red chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Method

Garlic and chilli prawns

    Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook prawns, 1 minute.
  • 2
    Add garlic and chilli, toss to coat and cook for a further 3 minutes, until prawns are pink. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste. Serve prawns with lemon wedges.
