Ingredients
Teriyaki beef stir-fry
- 600 gram beef stir-fry strips
- 100 gram packet teriyaki beef marinade
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 700 gram frozen vegetable stir-fry mix
- 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
Method
Teriyaki beef stir-fry
-
1Combine beef and marinade in a bowl. Stand for 10 minutes to marinate.
-
2Heat a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add half the oil; swirl to coat surface. Cook beef, in 2 batches, for 2 minutes or until brown. Remove from wok.
-
3Heat remaining oil in wok. Add frozen vegetables; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until vegies are just tender. Return beef to wok or pan; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated. Serve topped with onion.
Notes
Buy a 1kg packet frozen stir-fry mix; use remaining vegetables in another meal. Measure and chop all ingredients before starting to cook. You can use the same quantity of fresh vegies instead of frozen.
